Hours and coverage
Where do you work, and when are you open?
We work in Stockton and the San Joaquin County towns around it, listed on the service area page. We are open weekdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to noon.
Do you cost more at night or on weekends?
We work weekdays and Saturday mornings, and we don’t run a night crew. If your heater fails after hours, call and leave a message with your ZIP code. We call back the next working morning, and we can tell you what to shut off in the meantime.
How do I know the plumber at my door is licensed?
Ask for the license number and look it up on the state board’s site. Ours is in the footer of every page, with a link to the board’s lookup. A plumber who won’t give it to you is not one to let in.
