This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, ZIP code, what you tell us about your heater, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to call you, to plan a home visit and to write your plan and invoice. If you ask about a rebate, we also use it to fill in our part of a program’s forms with you. We do not sell it. We share it only with the program you asked us to apply to, or with an electrician or supplier who needs it for your job.
Photos you text us
A photo goes to the shop phone. We use it to read the heater’s label and to plan the visit. We do not post it anywhere.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs a record, such as a permit, a rebate or a question about the install. A request that never became a job is deleted when you ask.
